She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and former educator working with couples, families, adults, and adolescents.
As a marriage and family-focused therapist, she partners closely with couples and families to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and develop effective coping strategies grounded in each client’s unique strengths and challenges. She uses an eclectic, integrative approach drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, play therapy, and expressive art therapy. Her primary clinical interests include couples and premarital counseling, parenting support, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief and loss.
Outside the therapy room, she is an avid foodie who enjoys exploring the culinary arts. When she’s not spending time with her adventurous family, she can often be found painting.
